Substitution Policy:

From time to time, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the world or during parts of their growing seasons.

We will take care to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement you have selected, using flowers of equal value.

In addition, the substitution of certain specialty items (containers or gift products), may be necessary due to availability or increased demand, especially during major holidays.

In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, we will do our best to match the flower type, but may need to substitute with another color.

Return Policy:

All of our floral arrangements come with a 24 hour guarantee; potted plants with a 72 hour guarantee.  

Should your item fall short of our committment to freshness and quality within these time frames, we will replace or exchange the item for the full purchase price not including delivery fees.
